Steven Rabago ZEO and Founder

For the past 26 years, Steve has started, financed, managed and led rapidly growing companies and organizations. In 2001 he was a co-founder, CEO, Chairman and Investor of a highly successful location based services company called Telogis and its subsidiary GeoBase, where he remains an active member of the board. He started his career in commercial banking at Bank of America; he left commercial banking in 1983 to start a C-Level executive and financial consulting company called Archarios, Inc. (f.k.a. National Corporate Finance).

Steve has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Finance and Investments from the University of California at Long Beach.

Scott McGarrigle ZTO and Founder

Scott is a technologist that has bridged the gap between delivering technology and profits for the past 20 years. He started his career at Rockwell International, spent a brief time as a technology consultant and then started Applied Knowledge, Inc. in 2000. Applied Knowledge, Inc. (AKI) is a software application development company with a client base that includes some of the largest insurance and banking companies in the US. He is also the President of Sight126, Inc., providing online software for video conferencing and communication. Scott has two Bachelor of Science degrees, in Math and Physics, from the University of California, Irvine.

Scott and Steve met through Vistage in 2002 where they were members of a Vistage CEO group.

Glen Schrank "Z" Director and Advisor.

Glen is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at HireRight, Inc. His career includes 13 years at IBM as a Business Unit Executive and General Manager, where he was responsible for the Unit’s P&L and for functional areas of direct sales, business development, billable professional services, teleservices center, administrative operations, and corporate community relations. Throughout his career he held positions as VP of Sales, Business Development, and CEO of a variety of software companies, including early stage companies and public companies. Glen brings a tremendous wealth of sales and marketing experience from large, medium, and early stage companies. Glen has a Masters of Business Administration, Finance/Strategy from the University of Southern California; a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, from the University of California at Los Angeles and courses in leadership management and team building at IBM and Harvard Business School.

Glen and Steve Rabago have known one another for a long time – we exercised at the same athletic club for many years and have lived in the same town for many more years than either will admit.

George Rucker ZSenior Programmer

George is a key member of the AKI Development team. George’s primary responsibilities include developing clearly defined system requirements, contributing to system design, and developing applications to the design specifications. He also excels at object architecture and design and is the technical lead for all AKI software R&D development. George has a B.S. in Computer Science, California State University, Fullerton; he holds a Certificate in Client/Server Computing from California State University, Fullerton; he is a Certified PowerBuilder Developer Associate and Certified Java Programmer.

George and Scott have worked together for over 10 years.

Kim Troxel ZMO – Marketing

Kim is a talented and experienced technology and consumer products marketing expert with more than 12 years experience. She has relevant marketing experience directing the marketing efforts at Telogis, KnowledgeCentrix, Fuze Group, NCG, Infocrossing, Strategix and Global Business Solutions. Her expertise is in product and brand positioning. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.

Kim and Steve Rabago have known each other for about 6 years and have worked together the past three. This is the second time we are doing this!
