Q. What does Zimple charge for large user subscriptions?
A. If you anticipate using the system more heavily you can pay a monthly fee to access the network and put an unlimited number of loans on the system without any set-up fees. If you are interested in purchasing a subscription service please contact your account manager or send an e-mail to members@zimplemoney.com.
Q. What about returned items or bounced payments?
A. If a Payers payment is returned for any reason, Zimple is authorized to debit your checking or savings account or charge your credit card to recover the retuned payment. Further, each member guarantees that they will cover any cash lost due to returned items. Zimple charges a fee each time an item is returned.
Q. What is Zimple’s Refund Policy?
A. A contract can be cancelled at anytime and there are no further charges. When a loan is paid-off there are no further charges. Zimple guarantees that the system will support your contract or we’ll refund set-up fees.
